AC / Residence Inn Charlotte • NC Epicentre

The Foutz Brothers, in collaboration with McKibbon Hotels, built the beautiful AC / Residence Inn dual-brand hotel in Charlotte, NC. The site was challenging, as the hotel was built under, over, and around the existing Charlotte Epicentre, a bustling nightlife and entertainment venue, which remained open during construction. The result was a beautiful, and intricate property with 22 stories, 300 rooms, and a roof top bar and private roof top suite that sit atop the Epicentre.

Dual-brand Courtyard & Residence Inn • Jekyll Island, GA

This 209-key oceanfront hotel on Jekyll Island was a custom hotel, built on a barrier island in Georgia. Foutz Brothers collaborated with Kellogg & Kimsey, Inc and McKibbon Places to oversee the construction of this hotel. Beset with challenges ranging from lack of available subcontractors, a remote destination, an ecologically sensitive build site, rising input costs, and a global pandemic, the team built the hotel on time, to exacting standards, and on budget.

Spring Hill Suites • Lakeland, FL

Serving as the construction manager, Foutz Brothers collaborated in the construction of a 126-key five-story hotel located adjacent to the RP Funding Convention Center in Lakeland. Navigating the challenges of COVID, the team delivered a beautiful hotel with custom lobbies, significant meeting space, and custom cabana rooms that line the outdoor pool.
